I picked Norwood Key Replacement. I read through several dozen reviews and gave them a call. I scheduled a 10 a.m. Sunday appointment to have our front door locks keyed to match our back door.
The locksmith was on time and gave me a courtesy call 15 minutes out to let me know he was on his way. He recommended the least expensive solution first and gave me several other options based on our needs.
He offered us several color choices for the new lock and dead bolt. He re-keyed them in his truck and then installed them perfectly. He showed us how the new lock worked and had us try it out.
He also noticed our back door lock was installed upside down and flipped that over for us too.
Having a stranger in your home is risky business these days. The locksmith from Norwood Key Replacement was clean cut, well mannered and respectful.
