WARNING!!! Do not use this plumber! Lamont Panfil will give you an estimate, ask for half up front, and you'll never see him again. He stole $2000 from us. He has a long criminal history of doing this to others. You can research his criminal record in Allegheny County court records on the internet. He is on probation but for some reason the police have little interest in putting him in jail. Also claims to have a contractor's license but does not. Check with the PA State Attorney General's Office. Do yourself a huge favor and call another plumber/heating-air contractor.
