Review content:
Dr. Caywood and Dr. Winward are both good optometrists. Their office has a lot of new equipment (including a new machine that is used instead of dilation). They both are friendly and good with patients. They have another office in Springville so they are not always in Provo, but most of the time they are. Sometimes they get behind, so I have had to wait quite a while for my appointment. Also, sometimes there are rebates available on things like contact lenses, and they seem almost reluctant to give you the forms you need to get the rebate. So they are nice, but could use some work on the management side.
