Pro-Active Wellness Center has been so helpful for me. I get chronic headaches and never knew what to do for them. I eventually gave up trying to figure out and started relying on tylonol way too much. Then I was directed toward Pro-Active and realized that Active Release Technique was what I needed. Who knew neck issues were related to headaches?? The treatments help with numerious aches and pains from chronic to recent injuries. Try them out, they've helped me a ton!
