Review content:
I have taken my children to this pet store several times in the past 4 years that I have lived in this area. Each time coming away telling myself I will never go there again. Our last visit was finally truly our last. My son purchased an equana, at an exorbinant amount as we later found out. We were literally in that store for 45 minutes before a clerk was able to help us. The clerks were standing around talking with each other and making no attempt to help, even after several requests to be serviced. The equana died within 24 hours. I called the pet store to inquire about their 24 hour guarantee. I was told I would have to call back several days later and speak to the girl who sold it to us. After two weeks of calling WHEN they told me she would be working and she was never in I gave up.
