I was contracted to do some CAD drawings for Michelle Frangos and Todd Allen of Frangos Development. When I first spoke with them they seemed very likable and honest people. My team and I worked our butts off to exceed their expectations on a simple project with a very fast turnaround. We quoted the project for $600. As it turned out, they changed the scope of the project to include several revisions that were not mentioned up front. I figured that we would take a loss on this project in hopes that we would get future business from Michelle Frangos. They were very happy with our services and our hard work. I sent them a bill for the agreed $600 and put them on generous terms. It has been over 200 days and I still have not received payment. I have contacted Michelle about twice a month but she stalls payment or does not respond back to me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HER, SHE DOES NOT PAY HER DEBTS!!!!! People like this are the reason that our economy is in such bad shape.
Cons: Rude and does NOT pay bills
