Review content:
My fiance went for a massage/spa treatment a few months ago and LOVED it. So I bought her a package online - where the prices are not listed for the packages. No biggie about the lack of prices when purchasing online since I expected less than $200 and it was less than $200. Upon purchasing, I received no confirmation e-mail or receipt of any kind, but I saw the charge to my debit card. They also failed to contact me about the scheduling request I made at the time of purchase. So I called after not hearing from them for 5 days. No one answered, and no one has returned my message from a few days ago. Yesterday I e-mailed the only e-mail address listed on the website and still NOTHING. When I called my bank to contest the charge, I was informed the merchant has two weeks to "make it right" before the charge is reversed. I doubt they can.
