Review content:
I found Dr. Ingber after trying 3 other dentists who were on my insurance Provider List. Did NOT have a good experience at those other dentists. (Dark, cluttered, offices, dirty examination rooms, disorganized front desk people, and just plain scary dentists!!) Dr. Ingber's office, on the other hand, is *great*, and I've been going there for 8 years now. I recommend him to all my friends. I've been so spoiled there that I don't think I could ever go back to expecting less from a dentist office. The hygienists are thorough, professional and friendly, the doctors and supporting staff have great "chairside" manner, and the front office is always organized and can easily answer any insurance questions you might have. (I think they even have an insurance specialist on staff.) And for emergency dental work that his office doesn't perform (like the root canal that I needed the day before leaving DC for a week-long business trip) he'll get you in to see specialists who run their offices in the same way he does. The best compliment I can give, probably, is that I don't ever get anxious going to the dentist anymore.
