Review content:
First of all, I love Union Square Family Health because it is one street over from my house - so very convenient for me! However, I have also been consistantly impressed with them, every time I have been. Union Square is a very diverse neighborhood, and they seem to make a point to have people at the front desk that are fluent in multiple languages. The entire staff seems to really care... from the front desk, to the techs, to the nurses and doctors - it is a very comforting facility! The doctors appear to be mostly women who graduated from Harvard, which is what drew me to this health center in the first place. As anyone who has lived around here for any length of time knows, however, graduating from Harvard is not very unique in the Boston area! :) (especially among doctors)... and as with anything, you can find good and bad doctors, even though they all may have "graduated from Harvard." However, in my experience at this health center, all the doctors seem exceptional. I was having a specific problem and needed to be referred to a specialist. When the specialist saw the notes that Dr. Rachel Wheeler (of Union Square Family Health) had made, he was blown away - he was so impressed with how thorough and insightful she was - he really made a point to tell me that I should be happy to have found such a great PCP!
