I went to Joe's on the recommendation of a co-worker who had been several times. The woman who helped me did a pretty good job, my pants ended up how I wanted them to look and now looking back on it, I don't think I paid a whole lot for both cuffing and a bit of work making the waist smaller. I guess all in all a pretty good experience.
