Businiess name:  Jean Madeline Aveda Institute

Review content:
I have been attending Jean Madeline and I have to say, being right out of high school and not looking into other beauty schools everyone made Jean Mad sound AMAZING. Not sure where they had heard this from because after attending I realized this school is nothing special. They are understaffed, some of the teachers don't even know what they're doing, and we don't really learn 'hands on' we watch a video, replicate that and are expected to do it perfectly on the floor on clients! In my opinion we were rushed onto the floor without feeling confident in our abilities which makes it ten times worse, some of the instructors are nice and helpful but others will look down on you for BEING A STUDENT AND NOT KNOWING WHAT YOU ARE DOING. Also, we learn nothing 'extra' as they say (this is why we pay extra to go here) and everything is of course the Aveda way which is nothing but a WAY MORE COMPLICATED way of doing things, which only cripples our creativity. I regret my decision to come here 100% and I never want to look at anything Aveda after I graduate this year.
