Good: I have 3 dogs cared for at Broadway. The Doctor and Clinic Manager came to my house in the 'burbs to help me when it was time say goodbye to my 17 year old friend who was too sick to travel. They were kind, considerate and helpful.
My 2 new dogs have been exceptionally well treated and cared for. I get reminders for check ups and information about ways to get them to live until they are 20+. I could probably spend less $, but why would I do that for my best friends?. Other: The front desk staff, especially Tim, are kind and conscious of the need to expedite. The vet and assistant were always funny and understanding, helpful and detailed. I have to wonder what Vet Hospital the whiners have been going to...?.
