Good: 42nd Street had the absolute best price on both the DSLR and video cameras I was shopping for. I was surprised about how fast my order was filled due to a severe snow storm which had hit NYC two days prior.. Bad: 42nd Street seems to have a policy of trying to up sell you after the sale. I ordered online and declined extra memory, spare batteries, extended warranty, etc. I was contacted by phone to "verify the shipping address" and was offered some "great deals" spare batteries. I declined and they sweetened the pot by reducing the offer by $30. I bit off and immediately was offered memory cards at a discount. When I explained I was already exceeding my budget, the sales rep thanked me and let it go at that.. Improvements: This transaction was pretty painless. No improvements necessary.. Other: One of the items I ordered was listed as Red but arrived in Blue. No big deal for me but some may have been disappointed..
