I was impressed with the personal touch from Premier Property Management from my first phone call. They were friendly and really listened to what I had to say. My concerns were their concerns and I’ve never been treated like that from a company or individual that I have rented from. When we did the walk-thru I couldn’t believe how thorough they were, checking everything. Unfortunately even with all that there were some complications with the house. They were on it right away. They made sure not only the house was taken care of but that we as tenants were taken care of as well. I honestly feel that I have friends in them and not just people we do business with. I thank God that PPM is the property management company I decided to go through. I thank all of you at PPM for all your hard work and quick follow up and for treating us like we really matter. And I do so love my home
