Good: location. Bad: everything else....building doesn't hold heat. Ice was building on windows. Furnace was 20 years old. they weren't willing to replace. ant and wasp infestation. dryer started on fire. management was unhelpful.. Improvements: Stop advertising newly renovated and actually make the thing livible in the winter time. Ice cold all winter with furnace running constantly and set at 78 degrees.. Other: Worst experience of my life living in this place. My wife and I couldn't wait to get out of here. We are now free and seem to be happy again. I hate this place and all we had to deal with..
