The refrigerator in my garage stopped cooling. I called NorCal Appliance Factory Service and their helpful staff sent a technician out right away. He came out and gave me an estimate to do the repair but recommended against it as the refrigerator was pretty old and not worth putting that much money into. I paid their service charge and sent the technician on his way. I called around to compare the price they gave me and it was in line with or lower than what other companies quoted me over the phone, however, I ended up taking the technician's advice and putting the money towards a new refrigerator. I can't comment on their repairs as I didn't have anything done, but I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for an honest diagnosis and a competitive estimate.
