Review content:
Went in to get my complimentary oil change that I received when I purchased my 2011 Sonata. Was told there was a recall on the steering. They offered to fix it that day and provide me with a complimentary car wash also. The recall was not their fault but they were more than willing to fix it immediately and even offered a small box of candy buckeyes in apologies for the ‘inconvenience’. All in all, they gave me an oil change, washed my car, and fixed the steering recall in a very quick amount of time and they were all extremely nice and curtious. I was thoroughly impressed. I am usually one to take my car to Valvoline for a quick oil change, but with the impressive service I received this visit I am much more inclined to go back to the dealership for future oil changes and maintenance needs.
