They refused to return a alternator from my car because they said it had been mounted. Wich it had not but the prat was really costly to me. But because I had handled it with oil on my hands they would not take it back or more to my thinking is that it would have been costly to there bottem line and all they want is money and not to help there customers get the right part. And the reason I was going to return it was because it was the wrong one and I need another one that's was more costly then the one I bought and I was going to get it from there but will not now. As I have worked for other parts stores that I know stand behind there parts I will no longer shop there and will never send my friends there.
