Review content:
Received the worst customer service ever. Arrived at Eddy's Toyota on a Saturday at 10:00 a., tried out a vehicle we saw listed on the internet. Drove the vehicle for approx. one hour and then began dealing on the car. Typical car salesperson tatics, if you have ever purchased a car you know what I am talking about. Why do they do that? Took us about 30 minutes to get to the numbers we could agree upon. As we were discussing among ourselves if we were or were not going to purchase the car, the car salesman says, "I can give you another minute to decide". At the time that seemed unusual that he would give me another "Minute" to decide. Just as we were about to make our decision he came back and said, "Sorry the vehicle is sold". No warning, no nothing. Of course it makes sense why he said "I can give you another minute", they had someone else looking at the car. They should have told us! Asked us if we wanted to look at a different vehicle, we said "No". They turned and walked away, no thank you, no sorry. How Rude! Oh....they did call on Monday and offer to go purchase a car just like it at auction and sell it to us at the same price. Oh Yes.....please go purchase us a car at auction, that we know nothing about at a lower price, but sell it to us at a higher price. DAH!
