Husband and wife owner's VERY rude. Other staff VERY rude. NOT a business, they run their HOME out of the place with their dogs and infant roaming around and the CUSTOMER kids getting yelled at for touching ANYTHING. Ornaments are not for children to paint. Small parts, very detailed, more for older teens to adults. FALSE advertising, did not have what they 'LURE' you in with FORCING you to spend MORE money than anticipated ($20 for a 2 inch ornament). They say to let them know if you need more paint then disappeared until it's time to collect our money. Gave instructions to 6 and 7 year olds at lightning speed then screamed PAY ATTENTION.... are you kidding me? NOT a suitable environment or activity for children as they advertise. At least 2 dogs "live" there but their ads don't state this in the event children are petrified or allergic to dogs, and they didn't mention the dogs when calling before hand either. They had a sign up for HAVE LADIES NIGHT WITH US WITH WINE. Now if the pottery is too intricate for little ones to paint, how are drunk women going to paint pottery to satisfaction? Very "cult" like environment and from what I've witnessed during my visit, they have a "cult" like following which is likely the only thing that keeps them in business. They ALSO don't tell you it takes 7 days to "bake" your activity so the kids have to leave disappointed. And come on, 7 days? It doesn't take 7 days to bake a 2 inch ornament. AND you have to waste gas driving back to get it. They offer "shipping" but for the "robbery" prices they charge, shipping should be INCLUDED in their rip-off prices. Save your time, save your money. There were several kids in our group, ALL of which have more fun at McDonald's Play Place, and the toys at McD's are MUCH BETTER than what you walk out of poke a nose with!! RIP OFF! TOTAL WASTE! ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO DETAIL OR ATTENTION GIVEN TO CHILDREN - THE ONES THEY LURE IN!! Will never go there again, and suggest the same to anyone interested.
