Businiess name:  Ward's Lawn Service

Review content:
Good: Personable and likable owner (Steve Ward). Seemingly reasonable price (at first).. Bad: Horrible quality of landscaping, masonry, and stone work. Very poor communication within the company. Poor project management. They work with very cheap/low quality subcontractors. They have no idea what they're doing, violate construction code to cut cost, and use poor practices. Work often done contrary to what's agreed on. Exceeded project time by 300%. Increased agreed upon price to compensate for their own errors.. Improvements: They need to learn to follow the building code, take best practices seriously, and either properly train their people or stick to whatever little they know.. Other: Would never consider hiring Ward's Landscaping again for any project..
