Review content:
After visiting a few other clubs in the past a few of my friends and I decided to go to Havana Club for Halloween. I had received an facebook msg/ invitation from an employee there and my party had been placed on the guest list. We arrived at 10:30 in costume ready to party, but when i spoke with the bouncer in charge of the guest list he rudely informed me that there was no one working there by that name and it would be $40 a person to get in!!! I texted my "friend" to let her know what was going on, and she promptly showed up at the front door to short the problem out. When the door man saw her, the story quickly changed, "oh you said you were on Leslie's list!" No dude, I think I know my own friends name!!!!! He was just trying to get some money on the side and lying to our faces to cover it up!!! Inside we had a good time, the DJ was great, but im not sure the positives out weigh the negatives on this one. If I wanted to be treated like crap I would have gone to Opera, and I will probably not return to Havana.
