my experience was great! they had a black person for their facials so i felt confident that they knew about black skin since she no longer works their i don't trust many with my skin. esp since in beauty school they usually only teach a few classes. I no longer use their facial services and think it was poor on their part to not hire both. as far as someone who is familiar with black skin
