I hurt my shoulder hanging Christmas lights and thought a massage would help. I chose RelaxPDX mostly because they let me schedule online and the location works well for me coming from Downtown. I will be back because Kirstin knew EXACTLY where my pain was coming from. She is not afraid to use pressure when it's needed but it never 'hurt'. She's very friendly and fully explained what she was going to do before I got on the table. When she is working she asks for input if she needs it (pressure and such) but she is not overly talkative. The work she did this time was deep so I did not fall all the way asleep, but for a standard non deep tissue massage I can totally see myself falling asleep. I really liked that she used the aroma oils and gave me a 'spa' feeling even though she was doing deep tissue work. The heated table is AMAZING. The office is beautiful, I will be back!
