If one has additional questions following a consultation, those will be answered immediately. I called and explained that my husband hadn't gone with me to my younger child's consultation (my older child that is already a patient here) but that my husband had questions I couldn't answer. Dr. Shanker personally called himself, within an hour, and answered my husband's questions in a very pleasant manner. He made my husband feel that his questions were intelligent, and even on such short notice, he acted like he wasn't at all too busy for us. We actually ended the call. Dr. Shanker sounded like he had all the time in the world for us, and I am confident that Dr. Cassinelli would as well. The entire staff is extremely customer service oriented and friendly at all times. They explain to your child in braces how important it is that he or she do do their part, but they never make your kid hate going there. I highly recommend this practice, especially for kids who are afraid of treatment, or for those parents who have a lot of questions. Thanks to all.
