I wasn't sure who to call for the cleaning of my fine Oriental rug. I was referred to Fiberking by a local flooring store in Geneva. I called them to arrange a p/u and Brian came out, a master rug cleaner. He was very knowledgable and even told me what type of rug I had, gave me a price and some options. My rug was returned wrapped in special paper. At that time the delivery person helped me unwrap and reposition the rug on my floor as it is large and hard for one person to do. When I saw the rug I was amazed at how vibrant the colors were. it looked new! They even got out the dog urine stains and odor that other companies tried to remove over the years. I would highly recommend them for this service and wall to wall carpet cleaning!
