my appt got mixed up and i was went to Keith, I'm pretty sure that was his name, anyway, didn't listen to anything I said about growing it out and keeping it wavy not super curly, instead of working with how I do my hair he just said do it different, but didn't explain, he just kept randomly cutting pieces. The color i never even had done because the woman seemed so irritated that I was't sure what I wanted that I just said forget it. my hair now has no shape or style and it's even harder to do, I am super unhappy with it AND it was very expensive
