I've been to Tinga three times and I've been very impressed. They have a unique menu with both traditional and creative options. You can choose one of the regular menu dishes or you can build your own dish, where you have a long list of options for creating your own salads, tacos, and burritos. Both ways are equally delicious! The staff was very nice and was very understanding of some of the other diners' diet concerns. Their "create your own" options were great for those who were watching their diet. They also have a fun casual atmosphere and were great with kids.
