2 years ago my husband and I built our first home. We had researched and went and visited a bunch of builders and their model homes. We noticed that we didn't like the quality in a lot of the homes until we went to Greth Homes. I cannot say enough good things about this builder. They already have a great reputation in the Berks County area but I am going to add more.
Our first home building process was so enjoyable and so much fun. We worked with a gentlemen Tony during the process and he was the nicest man we have ever met. He answered our responses quickly and was very helpful in the process. I had made many changes and he was nice enough to waive the fee for every time I made a change. He was so informative about everything that was going on with the house process.
Greth homes offers a 1 year warranty and at our 1 year inspection we barely had anything to report to them. Maybe a few nail pops which were fixed right away. We had a problem with a light that kept blowing light bulbs and they came in and replaced the whole light fixture for us. We have not had any problems with our home in the past 2 yrs and recommend them to everyone. We even had a couple of friends move into the neighborhood because we liked them so much.
It was the most helpful and knowledgeable staff we had worked with. They really made the experience an enjoyable and memorable one.
