Ordered a bridesmaid dress. I asked about alterations if the dress didn't fit, and was told that any dress could be taken in or let out 2 sizes!. The store ordered the dress a size too small. It had been discontinued so they couldn't order another one or get one from another store in time for the wedding. When we went to the alterations department, and they looked at the dress there was barely 1/4 of an inch of seam allowance, no room to let anything out at all! They finally found a dress 2 sizes too big on the floor, and are going to alter it. I had to pay for the alterations, which I shouldn't have done since it was t heir mistake. But there is no other choice. And th e dress won't be ready until about 3 days before the wedding. The service was poor and the people were rude. I definitely wouldn't shop here again!
