Review content:
This salon bills itself as upscale but it's really not. I've been there a few times and each time I've been disappointed with the results.
Located in the Flatiron district, this below street level salon does not deliver.
The prices are high and the service isn't. You don't get what you pay for. Once, I asked to have my highlights done - my roots to be touched up. All they had to was match the blonde which I didn't think was that hard to do. Instead, I got orange hair on top and blonde on the bottom. I looked like a clown. I had to complain to have it redone (at no charge) but by then, my hair was already damaged.
I would give this salon a more negative rating but I'm hoping that my color experience doesn't reflect the potential talent at the salon.
Go if you must but be forewarned; you may be disappointed.
