They have a very unforgiving office staff when it comes to rescheduling. Basically if you can't make it then you're charged the fee for the visit, regardless of the circumstances.
Plus its kind of expensive. $50+ for 60 seconds of Dr. Beesons time is not really a bargain. That is more expensive that the most expensive lawyers!
