This is the first gym I have ever voluntarily joined and paid for out of my own hard earned cash. I was always against the concept, but I have grown to LOVE this gym (sometimes).
The membership includes personal training, not the there's the equipment go away type but real one on one personal training. Natalie the owner is always around and available to answer any questions. She has a way of getting me to keep going when I would normally quit. Plus, she provides great insight into daily, practical nutrition and common habits that can be adjusted for better health.
Brand new Cardio equipment, weight machines, free weights, tons of space and great staff. The gym is spotless, the equipment is maintained fastidiously, and there's plenty of room to move around -- What more can you ask for????
If you look like Arnold Schwarzenegger this may not be the gym for you, but for the rest of us chumps it's perfect
