I booked my honeymoon trip to the Bahamas through this agency. This was to be the trip of a lifetime. We opted for the top ot the line room at our resort. When we got to the resort, they did not have our reservations and therefore did not have our room available. We were placed in a sub par room for several days as Salem Travel was closed for the weekend and the resort could not call them to verify we in fact did make a reservation. The resort contacted Salem Travel on Monday morning and verified that a reservation was made. However, we were not compensated for our sub-par room. A travel agent's job is to handle the arrangements. Clearly this was not done. I would avoid these folks like the plague. more
