I recently visited your store on 1/5/07 at approx. 7pm.
I was having trouble finding the store as I am from out of town. I called the store and the friendliest gentleman answered. His name was Calvin. He calmed me down and led me straight to the store. When I walked In I was greeted in a manner that was both professional and welcoming. He even assisted me with Norma in finding what I came in to buy. I don't normally shop an adult store, yet I was made to feel as though I was the lady I project myself to be. (yet open minded, sexually :) )
Thanks for such a great experience and give your employee, Calvin a well deserved promotion or raise. He deserves it. Customer service Is what I teach as a career.
