Miyabi is definitely one of my favorite japanese restaurants! It's pretty hard to believe that such a great place is tucked in southcenter parkway (it's beside toys r us and half priced books). The service has always been excellent and friendly. The staff seems to be all japanese (all super friendly with smiles everytime i dine there). The interior design plus the japanese welcome greeting and farewell delivered genuinely by the staff, made me feel like i just dined in Japan. FOOD is delicious! My favorite dish is their Custom Bento Box (great portion size! w/sushi included, miso soup & more) ; you can pick any 2 of 8 items available, to your liking. (I suggest to never miss the salmon teriyaki, the BEST i've ever tasted!! trust me!) I suggest to go there during lunch time for good lunch prices, $8 for one of the best bento box meals is an awesome deal! Most likely you'll see the place packed with business people on their lunch time. Night time is also packed with people, i noticed mostly japanese diners (which is a good sign of good food!) Their sushi is also mouthwatering, my favorite is the dragon roll and rock n' eel. So far I haven't tried anything here that I don't like. Great ambiance, great service, great food!
