I was excited to try this buffet when it opened, because the other chinese buffet in town is a let-down. This restaurant has the potential to be great, but does itself in. The staff is rude, snotty, and have no clue as to how to deal with the public. The food could be great, but it is never changed out enough on the line, so it gets hard, stale, and cold. There are also a few coupons that get sent out for this buffet, but everytime I have tried to use one, the wait staff gets an attitude and tries to make excuses as to why they won't honor it. If they changed their attitudes, got customer service skills, and offered fresh food on their buffet, I think this place could shine.
