My experience with Moon Valley (on Chandler Road) was unpleasant, overall a waste of my money—Those running the business were rude, did not follow up with their commitments and had no interested in customer satisfaction. My order was mishandled and when I complained, they told me it was MY fault.
I will never go back to Moon Valley and will go out of my way to let others know to do the same. Customers should not have to put up with rudeness and this level of incompetence, especially considering the prices they charge for plants.
