We have a problem with our product and was refered to a 800 number, If we need someone to come to our home the trip charge alone is $100.00 plus so much an hour for our unit which is a little over 4 years old and carries a 20 year prorated waranity. This was very costll and highly recomended by many people, Next time I will buy from a local merchant that will take care of my problems.
