This jewelry store offers beautiful jewelry at prices that you would expect for fine jewelry. Yet twice when I went in, both times for jewelry repairs, I was given very rude service. The owner/jeweler may be talented in jewelry repair, but not so much in people skills. On one occasion, a prong had broken off my diamond ring, and I was scared I would lose the diamond. He told me, without looking up from what he was doing, that he was too busy, and to come back in a couple of weeks. I left, and never went back at all.
