The day he came out he seemed great and even checked out my AC unit for free, which was very nice of him. I then let the AC run all night as it has been struggling to cool our home and called him back the next day wanting him to take another look. I was more then willing to pay him. I never expect anything for free. I just had a tech out from another company and they said my coolant was low. These things are not supposed to leak because they come sealed. Anyhow, over the phone Chris used very condescending remarks towards me and my wife, as I mentioned my wife thinks there is something wrong too. He asked "Is your wife hormonal." Who asks such rude questions like that? When I told Chris "I think you are out of line" he then hung up on me. This guy might have an education and some experience in his field, however he sure could use an education and some experience on how to talk to customers. It takes more then just labor to run a business. I even wrote to Chris via email very professionally to see if he would apologize and he tells me "Lol....good luck man". This was his first response: "Well i dont deal well with uneducated people. Women having hormone issues is a regular part of my job and human life. Yesterday your A/C was cooling to 77 with 111 degree heat and 74 this morning. I suggest looking a different direction for your problems other that your Air Conditioning not functioning properly." more
