While Fanelli wants you to make a quick commitment when they come out to do their demonstration, their service after the sale is horrible. Our poor service started right after installation when I had to call them for over 2 months to put supports under the Bay windows that the installer said was necessary to keep them from sagging. Recently we had a broken slider on a window. I've been calling to get it fixed for over 4 months. While they did come out to fix it once, we were told that it's too cold and the vinyl will break if they fix it at that time. Since then it has warmed up and we have made numerous phone calls. Their service guy (Gary or whoever else they use) is always out on the road and never calls us back. I would think that they would have a cell phone in today's business climate. I like the windows we got, but am disgusted with their service, thus only 2 stars. more
