Went in for a routine oil change and asked if they could check on a rattle. They were unable to find it in the limited time I had that day, but i was able to drop my car off one morning and have a loaner for the day while they located the issue. They located the rattle and had me back on the road that evening. As usual everyone was welcoming and very helpful.
