When I can't fix my car myself I bring it here. They're honest people to work with and if they can't find the problem or fix it you don't pay, it's that simple. Still, this is a great shop with knowledgeable staff. They're good at scheduling and will shuttle you where you need to go even if it's across town. They'll even pick you up when your car is ready! I've never had any problems with Matthews Tire and recommend them to everyone.
