We recently visited Jake's for the first time and were very impressed with the restaurant. From the outside it looks like a small town kind of restaurant, but inside it seemed more like one of the better chain steak houses. The atmosphere is nice and is all centered around "Jake", a beloved dog and outdoor themes such as hunting and fishing. The wait staff was nice and the selection of food is great. You can get everything from steak to pasta to crab legs to pizza. The only problem we had was a fairly long wait, because we came on a Saturday during dinner time, but you call ahead before you leave and get your name on the wait list. We will do that in the future and cut down on the wait time significantly.
