I've found the employees at Lowe's to be over-the-top helpful. When you need to find something, they'll usually take you to the item. When you need wood cut to size ( a must to fit it in the car to get it home), they are very courteous and ensure the measurements are just right. I've found its easier to get good service during the week, because weekends get absolutely packed. But when you ask, they help!
