I called this company one late Sunday evening in the winter when it was only 20 degrees out. Our furnace had stopped working. The guy came out within 1/2 hour. He was very pleasant and understanding. He checked everything only to find out that our three year old had broke the dial on the thermostat He replaced it and the bill was relatively cheap. They gave nothing but good service
