Tops has a Bank in the store. I haven't used it but it is convenient to be able to do your banking and grocery shopping in one location. They also have a pharmacy.
Also you can purchase stamps that the customer service counter.
There are usually only a few lines open in the mornings, mostly one or two. They double coupons everyday, and usually have some items on the shelves that are clearance. You can us coupons on items regular, sales, or clearance priced.
