The pros: hip clothes, often decently tailored, at low prices. Your fingers will tell you where the quality is and what'll hold up in the wash. The cons: This particular store thrives on confusion - you see a coat you like, you come back two days later to check it again, and the entire section has moved. They are always moving sections for no apparent reason. Also, between 11am and 7pm, there is always a long line (often shorter in the men's department, FYI). I'm an advocate of the lump-trip here, meaning you go planning to buy several things at once and are willing to try them on first. It makes the line more bearable. The sales are incredible and you can find some ridiculous deals if you dig. A good place for hip maternity clothes and inexpensive, charming infants' and children's clothes that won't fall apart. Also cheap accessories - hair things and costume jewelry that looks expensive. Quietest before 11am and between 7-8pm (just before closing). Also Tuesday after work isn't bad.
