Although Kohl’s is marketed rather like a TJ Maxx or a Ross, I’ve found that the regular prices are actually higher than the competition. However, Kohl’s sales – which they seem to have a lot of – are pretty spectacular. I’ve gotten tops for five dollars or less, and I even got a couple of cute dresses for around ten dollars each. It’s definitely worth checking the sales at Kohl’s!
